Four week childbirth education series dates include: This class covers topics including: signs of labor, stages of labor, breathing techniques, labor support, medication and interventions in labor and c-section.  You will also have the opportunity to have a comprehensive tour of the birth place.

 Dates include:

August 3^rd- 24^th Tuesday nights from 6:30 to 8:30

September  8^th – 29^th Tuesday nights from 6:30 to 8:30

October 5^th – 26^th Tuesday nights from 6:30 to 8:30

November 2^nd – 23^rd Tuesday nights from  6:30 to 8:30

December 7^th – 28^th Tuesday nights from 6:30 to 8:30

Loving Touch^® Parent-Infant Massage Program

4 Week Series – Monday nights from 5:30 to 7:00 pm depending on class length.

MAMA DANCE belly dance

Classes will be held the first and third Wednesday of each month, from 7pm to 8pm.

$12.00 per class (fifth class free)
$8.00 when you bring a friend     ($8 you, $8 friend)
