Total Fee: $500.00 to $800.00 depending on the families ability to pay.

I believe that all women deserve a Doula so I am willing to work on a sliding fee scale. Call me and we will work it out.

Antepartum Doula Services: I provide antepartum doula services at a minimum of three hours per visit.

What is a Antepartum Doula?

• General support during pregnancy
• Light Cooking
• Light housekeeping                                                      
• Light laundry                                                                
• Providing physical comfort measures, such as neck and foot rubs.
• Providing requested information about the pregnancy and options
• Running small errands
• Private childbirth classes if on bed rest

Fee - $20.00 per hour

Postpartum Doula Services: I provide postpartum services at a minimum of three hours per visit. I also provide overnight support.

• Evidence based information
• Light Cooking
• Light housekeeping                                                      
• Light laundry                                                                
• Newborn Care as requested by mom
• Breastfeeding support and information
• Running small errands
• Care for older siblings so mother can focus on baby as needed.

Fee - $20.00 per hour between 6am-8pm  and $25.00 per hour for overnight care

Lactation Counselor Services: I am a certified lactation counselor. I will come to your home and help guide you through any problems you may have with breastfeeding. A woman's body is built to feed her baby and with the proper support you can have a successful breastfeeding relationship.

• Private breastfeeding classes before baby arrives
• In home counseling after birth
• In home counseling anytime during your breastfeeding relationship

Fee-  $20.00 an hour with a  minimum of 1 hour per visit.

Private Childbirth Classes: I am a certified Calm birth Instructor and trained through International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA)

•  Anatomy and physiology of labor and birth

• Comfort techniques for labor

• Labor support/Benefits of natural birth

• The risks and benefits to common medical procedures

• Empowering Moms/Birth plan

• Labor Variations

• Breastfeeding, Newborn care and Postpartum Recovery

• Techniques from the Calm Birth Method®
   

Fee- $20.00 an Hour . Class length varies depending on family need.

(Normal class time is about 8 Hours split up into 2 or 4 hour increments)

Private infant massage classes: I am a certified educator in infant massage through The International Association of Infant Massage.

• Infant massage promotes infant parent bonding

• Makes baby feel loved

• Helps with digestion and absorption of food

• Relaxes parents

• Helps with Colic and teething problems

Fee- $60.00 for 4 private in home classes. For a group larger then two the price will be $50.00 per family.
