About Me
Becoming a parent is the most amazing adventure any person can embark upon. Giving birth can be filled with fear and apprehension or be approached with confidence and support. As a doula, I wish all women could enter this time in their life with all the assurance and support necessary for a safe and healthy birth. I believe that when parents have a positive birth experience it nourishes their confidence, thus creating a foundation for new parents to flourish.
I am a mother of three amazing children (Taylor, Blaeith, and Sol) and partner to an equally amazing man. I am truly in love with anything and everything that is involved with pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding. We are a vegetarian, home schooling, co-sleeping, attachment parenting family and enjoying every moment of it. Below is a list of my educational experiences but I have learned far more from being a mom for the past thirteen years. I would love to be a part of your journey into parenthood.
I am a Wisconsin Native but have lived on the West Coast on and off for the past six years . I am bringing my years of experience working in many different birth culture back to the families of Oregon. I am honored to be working with Mother Tree Birth Services! www.mothertreebirth.com
